#### Software License

The Health AI dapp and its associated smart contracts on the Solana blockchain are governed by the MIT License. This allows for the open-source development and transparency required for a decentralized ecosystem, while ensuring the core "Move-to-Earn" mechanics are accessible to the community.

#### Content & Whitepaper License 

The text, graphics, and conceptual frameworks contained within this whitepaper, including the HealthAi Card, Wallet UI, and Clinical Review Council models, are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

* Attribution: You must give appropriate credit to Health AI.
* Non-Commercial: You may not use this material for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
* No Derivatives: If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.

#### Tokenomics & DAO Governance 

The governance protocols and token allocation strategies (ICO 40%, Treasury 20%, Liquidity 15%) are proprietary to the Health AI DAO. Any implementation of these specific economic models for third-party commercial use requires a technical review and approval from the Technical Review Council.

#### Limitation of Liability 

The Health AI license is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The project team and DAO shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from the use of the dApp or participation in the "Move-to-Earn" rewards program.
